Kudos to the Allen for providing excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. He took the time to explain the options clearly without being pushy, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Great customer service all around.
Back end of car filthy. Not even wet. Dirt streaks all over side of car. Basically, low water pressure, little to no cleaning. No rags available for wipe down. I wasn't so disappointed that some areas were not clean but to see lack of anything on back was issue. I would have preferred $3 in a coin wash and bring my own rags.
Great place and professional. I refused to sign up for the monthly subscription but great place and all the bats are clean...thanks 🤭🫡
