I’ve been to almost every major car wash chain, but Raceway Express Car Wash completely beats them all—especially for the price of their memberships. I have the Grand Champion plan and go almost daily. It keeps my car looking luxurious, and the coating they use actually keeps the dirt off for days. Plus, the location right off George Bush Tollway and 75 makes it super convenient if you're driving through Plano, Allen, Richardson, or McKinney. I've been using this location for about 4 or 5 months. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, and the facility is neat and orderly.
God forbid you pay for a membership here. I just checked my credit card history and my request to cancel my membership was ignored, and I just found out that I've been paying $30 a month for 10 months for a membership I haven't used. It would be trivial to set up an automated system to text customers who don't use their memberships reminding them to cancel.
First time visiting this location. Definitely not the last. I love the space to be able to dry off my car without being too close to the car next to me. Very well supplied with towels.
