I loved Dr. Guirguis but for the last year he hasn't been there much. He has had other vets covering his practice while he is in Canada again for his own health issues this time. I used to be able to get my bet in there at anytime now it's only when they have a Vet available. I may have to change vets which I hate to do, but u need to be able to count on a vet practice being open 6 days a week, not 3 or 4.

Lets see. I was quoted a price when I made the appointment VERBALLY. I went to pick up my dogs as I dropped them off in the morning and picked them up after work and it was almost double what I was quoted. I told him that it was a lot more than what I was told and I was told shots were only $100 and a teeth cleaning was $250-$300 with a take home package. Yeah lets see it was $840!!! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional
