When they start charging for ice when you have your own cup? Every other racetrac I've been in, does not charge me if I have my own cup.. This one did. Won't be back
ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I've experienced ANYWHERE AT ANY TIME!! Employees say nothing or they talk / curse amongst themselves like customer aren't even there. I've had one particular employee multiple times just toss a bag at me to bag my own purchase and before the bag even landed he had walked away like I wasn't even there.
