I usually frequent this store in the mornings and never have an issue but this particular morning disturbed me a a customer was inquiring about a certain creamer for his coffee, the attendant Kim was stocking hot food items and ignored the customer trying to get her attention, when she did acknowledge him it was not customer focused she said she was tired and she hadn’t eaten and had been there since 6am , it was saddening to witness a customer be treated like that over coffee creamer Update 9/11/25 I have gone back to this ... read more

I think her name is Miriam. I want to really take the time to express how professional she was. Great personality even after being verbally assaulted by a gentleman. She didn’t lose a beat. She didn’t allow it to defeat her and she kept the line moving. I’ve worked in leadership in the hospitality industry for 14+ years and the way she represented your establishment was phenomenal. Please let her know again that she didn’t deserve the abuse as an employee and for sure not as a young lady.

If you're going to buy something for adults, you better bring a US ID, your license must not be expired and it can't be a passport. I gave them my green card and they still doubted it, super racist.
