Great store and location. The staff is awesome and constantly keeping busy. My family and I love this store. It's always clean especially the bathroom.
I'll bypass every gas station in gainesville to get to this racetrac. The store is always clean, the night staff is always friendly and helpful. Royneice is the best.
Best customer service. The lady behind the counter I think her name is Rineice. She was friendly The store is clean. The bathroom is clean. Everything was well stocked. A lot better the other gas stations I visited
Manager has very bad attitude…. Always on her phone and making customers wait while she’s on it. Even the other employees act the same. Used to have a very good crew.
Probley some of the worst customer service I've had at a race track. Downright rude, inconsiderate, loud. Pretty lady with long woven hair Dont be a trashcan to customers because your having a bad day. At the counter theyre was no Hello or welcome to racetrack. Looked at me like a ghost. Goodnesss. I shop at multiple racetracs twice a daily. Put my goods on the counter. Politely told her what i needed from the tobacco display.
