Manager has very bad attitude…. Always on her phone and making customers wait while she’s on it. Even the other employees act the same. Used to have a very good crew.
Probley some of the worst customer service I've had at a race track. Downright rude, inconsiderate, loud. Pretty lady with long woven hair Dont be a trashcan to customers because your having a bad day. At the counter theyre was no Hello or welcome to racetrack. Looked at me like a ghost. Goodnesss. I shop at multiple racetracs twice a daily. Put my goods on the counter. Politely told her what i needed from the tobacco display. Nice place for gas and snacks and bathroom break.
The service was okay the food was okay. But the lady said I should not be feeding the animals around here. And I said well they got to eat too she said I should not be doing that at all. That's just in my nature to treat all animals respect even her. I said look at the positive side of it I said least the cat is keeping the mouse population down around here. I could say things about their dirty parking lot and their trash cans thinking up the place
