Not a good day for Racetrac in Fort Myers today. Me: “ma’am, your Diet Coke is not working properly, your Coke is completely out, and your chocolate frozen yogurt is coming out like soup” Her: “It could be worse” While I agree with her, this doesn’t ruin my day, and I’ll come back to this store again. I just don’t understand what happened to customer service. I settled on a watered down Coke Zero and a cold cheeseburger. SMH

Decided to stop for some frozen yogurt and a slushy on my way home from work today and it was a very disappointing experience. Almost none of the slushy machines were working or if they were they were just coming out very liquidity, same for over half of the frozen yogurts. so I went to get a cone and they had just 2 toppings, nuts and sprinkles just over and over when other racetracks in different cities have tons on options.
