I worked at this location and the employees try very hard to make sure everything is right and clean and orderly on first shift, but more times than not, second and third shift does not do their jobs, making first shift pick up there slack. I've hated this place ever since they first opened, I should've known better but today I decided to try again. This is THE worst place to try and get gas... The screen always pauses for 10 to 15 seconds when I try and bypass entering my PIN when paying at the pump, when it tells you to enter your zip code and today it acted really weird on top of that and kept saying the sale was declined. Stopped by the location on South Water in Gallatin Tennessee. Ms. Becky was wondering, she was very nice to my grandchildren. She made feel welcome.
