I am a tier four RaceTrac member which means I have spent a lot of money at RaceTrac all over Florida. Every time I go to the RaceTrac on beach blvd in Jacksonville, there is one employee, Michelle, who always gives me the worst customer service you can get anywhere. She has literally scolded me and talked down to me on several occasions. Left me waiting at the counter while she diddles around. Many pumps constantly don't work! The cashier at the checkout, a black woman, is very rude!

If I could get this RaceTrac a negative I would I go to get a soda the machine does not have any carbonation in it you asked the employee hey can you fix it they're like they don't know how to do anything they say you have to wait for daytime people to come in to fix it then you got to pump gas you put your card in the machine and the machines are broken you can't use your credit card at the gas pump because they are all broken and once again the employees inside don't know how to fix those machines to get them to work with ... read more
