I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this RaceTrac. I was treated in a way that made me feel racially profiled by the manager working the cash register. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an uncomfortable experience with her — she consistently comes across as bitter and unprofessional. No customer should feel unwelcome or disrespected when simply trying to make a purchase. I hope the company addresses this issue, because this location needs serious improvement in customer service and training.

This is the closest gas/service station to my house and we visit very often. If we are not getting gas at Sam's Club, we will always stop here over other places. The team members are polite and respectful of time and really give excellent service. Only complaint is the pumps really need some TLC. I feel like I know which ones don't work at this point (even though they are not out of service) but they could use a refresh or tech to just review them to make sure everything is in working order.
