I am not sure how to rate this store. The morning assistance GM NYA is a Godsent. She is the best customer service person i have ever encountered. She works her but off and really knows her customers. I have heard that she has been transferred to another store, which is terrible. RACETRAC is losing a valuable asset. It really hurts that the powers that be are so out of tune with their stores that they will ruin a good thing by replacing the irreplaceable NYA.

WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE GETTING RID OF THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOT IN THIS STORE. NIA THE CO-GM MAKES HER CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE FAMILY. TO GET RID OF HER IS LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE. I SWEAR I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RACETRAC AGAIN WHEN NIA IS GONE. NOBODY SHOULD BECAUSE RACETRAC DOESNT VALUE ITS EMPLOYEES. NIA ALWAYS GREETS WITH A SMILE. SHE KNOWS HER EVERY DAY CUSTOMERS BY NAME AND SHE IS SO POLITE AND WELCOMING.

The morning manager Nia is AMAZING.. She makes you feel like you are valued customer. I have never met anyone who treated their customers so Anazingly. You’re the best Nia.
