Stopped in with a van full of folks and was unable to buy a container of nicotine pouches because someone else in my party didn't have ID. I understand no ID, no sale. I don't understand being denied my pouches because of another person.
Biggest shout out to the gentleman working last night, I was stuck in a bad situation alone and carless after I blew a tire and neither me, the two kind strangers who stopped to help, or the USAA mechanic could get my wheel off. I didn’t catch anyone’s names because I was exhausted alone and terrified but you not only made sure I felt safe, you got my phone charged and kept me company while also doing your job like a pro. Will make sure to make it a point to get my gas and random Diet Coke cravings here from now on!
