8AM this morning the cashier was rude and unprofessional. Please advise to train attendants in customer service skills. The young gentleman at the cash register was careless and almost bent the driver's licenses. Please stop trying to bend customer's driver's license just to cover a small bar code to scan. I don't know why I have been driving past QuikTrip to come to this race track location everyday for so long. They have rotten attitudes, the receipt machines on half of the pumps are broken or out of paper, the regularly out of stock of items that I like. When you're in the coffee game, you should not let your place run out of Splenda over and over. My repeat business is now going to shift to anywhere else besides here.
Mostly rude and unprofessional staff, Especially Miranda. Cashiers all the time playing with phones and eating behind the desk while taking care of customers. This location needs effective managing.
Always closed when supposed to be open . Rude employees… thought it was 24 hours
RaceTrac rewards member and just FYI understand if the store is under staffed and can't be open but could you turn off the lights so it doesn't look like you are open.
