I just now called the customer service and asked for the gas price. The lady who lift the call, she said that “I am not authorized to go outside and see the gas price right now.” As she is working in the store, don’t she know the gas price or not? Looks weird, I don’t know how management keeps that kind of people as their sales associates. Funny and weird thing after her answer
Always hitting up my local racetrac for my daily dr pepper fix, everyone at the 380 & Community store are always very friendly and very kind! Great customer service!!! A BIG HUGE S.O. to John one of the day managers, I have came in twice having issues with my rewards points and app and he was truly a LIFESAVER!!! He has EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and really helped out a frazzled mom in her time on snacking needs!!! Thanks again John!!!!
Super nice staff. Clean
Don't use the cold bar products for your coffee here. Went in here this morning to get coffee and the guy was literally pouring all the creamers together into one container even though some of them were already expired. Don't think they've ever heard of the phrases cross-contamination, food poisoning, or Public health risk.
