Went to DMV to renew my driver lincens. we was only in the DMV for about 8 minets when we got done we walked to the racetrack my husband went inside to get a couple of pieces of pizza and a soda. It was drizzling outside.
You never can print the receipt at the pump. 99.99% of the time you have to walk inside to get it. And when you have kids thats not easy/practical. Think I will go to QT from now on.
Refused to fix the mistake they made with lottery. Essentially stealing $20 from me.
A malfunction on the part of their app used my rewards, and then the half wit at the counter made me pay for what was covered by their “rewards.” You’d think that $2.50 would have cost his whole paycheck. Awful customer service, like most RaceTracs were days. I’m back to being a QT girl. This place is a dump that you can’t enter or exit without being accosted by crackheads.
