Clean and staff is friendly
This RaceTrac prepares their breakfast sandwiches on the unsanitary bare counter top. This breaks commercial kitchen safety guidelines which should use sanitary cutting boards, wraps, or designated paper liners rather than bare counters. I questioned the supervisor about this while the other employee was prepping the food and the supervisor claimed the bare counter is usually cleaned. Cleaned with what?? Kitchen table and appliance cleaning chemical sprays with a dirty rag? That has to be a health code violation
