Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this particular RaceTrac location. I had to go to a different gas station specifically because I needed help reaching an energy drink that was placed very high up I’m quite short and couldn’t reach it myself. When I asked for help, I was met with attitude from not just one, but two employees. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience here. Their motto of they want to “wow” the customer is only true when I say “Wow! I’ve been in line for 20 minutes” then ask another associate that’s stocking merchandise, I’m advised to wait longer. Unbelievable.
