Staff is rude and unhelpful Many of the employees don't know where items are stored in the back,and don't know how to maintain and operate the soda machines. On multiple occasions I've mentioned to an employee that one of the syrups is out and they've looked confused,asked other coworkers about it,and then informed me that no one present knew how to fix that or that only the manager knows how to do that. AMAZING GAS STATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE ANOTHER STORY. EVERYTHING CLEAN AND STOCKED . RUDE AND SMOKING CIGARETTES OUTSIDE WHILE A LINE INSIDE. GOING TO WAWA ACROSS THE STREET FROM NOW ON . NEVER COMING BACK.
No idea why they got such bad reviews. Place looked great, lots of food options (some even freshly cooked). Ladies restrooms were super clean.
