WORSE EXPERIENCE THE CLERK AT THE REGISTER WAS ON HIS PHONE AND HAD A LONG LINE WAITING. HE WAS ONTO HIS CONVERSATION AND NOT DOING HIS JOB. NEVER USINGBAT RACETRAC AGAIN.
Customer Service is a ZERO! If it’s not in plain sight, don’t even ask. Just leave a go to another store. Stop making these stores feel like we HAVE to shop there. This is a world of options
Brother in the brown sweater with dreads no uniform threw a bag on the counter didn’t even offer to bag the items. I was trying to get a fountain drink and they were all out. Then proceed to call his girl like lounging if he don’t like his job then don’t work there
I would give 0 starts if possible! Just DRIVE PAST HERE & GO TO QUIK TRIP! THEY ARE NOT 24 HRS! I came here at 9:40 pm to get my daughter cough drops for her sore throat & they LOCKED THE DOORA! At 9:40 & refused to come to the window for service, but yall 24 hrs right!? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AFTER 9:00 pm ANY GUVEN DAY!
