I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at this store. I usually pass through mid day and the guys that work in there are very polite and helpful. They keep the store in good shape and well stocked. I really don’t like the fact that they are always working in that store and the AC UNIT is out. I have witnessed this a few times. The employees still have positive attitudes but they shouldn’t have to work like that and it definitely shouldn’t be a ongoing issue.
Damon always provides outstanding customer service! He’s friendly, professional, and goes out of his way to make sure customers have a great experience. The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and the service is fast. It’s refreshing to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Thanks, Damon, for always making this RaceTrac a great place to stop!
