This woman is treating me very badly. She doesn't know how to provide customer service.
Pulled in, took 6 tries for the card reader to work, pump kept clicking off every .3 of a gallon, then nozzle got stuck in the filler of a brand new 2025 car and nearly broke the hapless filler system.
Yet another update since nearly a year after my original complaint, NOTHING HAS BEEN ADDRESSED and THE SAME EMPLOYEES ARE DOING THE SAME THINGS!! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Employees "lock" all but the main door past 9PM at night and "close" the bathrooms by putting a strap across doors blocking access. You have PUBLIC RESTROOMS, as an Uber driver late at night there is NO WHERE ELSE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM, so keep your bathrooms OPEN w/o the stupid strap in the way acting like they are 'off limits or closed' just because they'v... read more
