This was my second and last visit to this RaceTrac, and the level of incompetence and lack of urgency from the staff is unbelievable. First visit: I walked up to the register ready to pay while the employee behind the counter was busy with something else. That’s fine — but instead of saying “I’ll be with you in a minute” or “you’re next,” he said nothing, walked away, and left the front area completely. No acknowledgment. No communication. I understand not having enough workers, but try to show some urgency. The EMS standing in line for at least 5 to 10mins but had to answer a call and had to leave food. Now, being a manager I would have given the food.

This is the worst run racetrac in the area. Choose a different location. They either close the store because of being short staffed, never have all the coffee creamers, food is always out late, and you have to wait in line forever because they only keep on person on the counter while the manager in the Browns jersey is always just sitting around. Drive a couple extra miles to go to a different location.
