Ramah Road - Racetrac in Fayetteville I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years, but Krystal the current GM’s behavior is extremely concerning. She frequently yells at employees, uses profanity, and openly belittles staff in front of customers, even using derogatory language such as calling her employees “ retarded”. The windshield washer squeegee’s, yes all of them, are junk. All need to be replaced and have for like 2 years now.

Haven’t had issues, they’ve got a big selection of food and snacks and they have French toast sticks. They’ve got plenty of parking and pumps at this location.

Bathrooms are consistently not maintained. Store stock is hit or miss. Most importantly, the staff is loudly engaging in social dialog with each other while not recognizing the presence of their customers. No sense of urgency. They have not been trained to say "thank you" at every transaction. Evidently, this is a management issue since I don't see any responses to the other Google reviews.
