I stopped by RaceTrac on my lunch break to warm up my food, and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. After using the microwave, I noticed ants crawling all around it. I checked the other microwave and found the same issue—ants everywhere. I brought it to the attention of a staff member, but she was extremely nonchalant and dismissive, just said "ok" and went back to whatever she was doing without any concern. Corporate! Why are they closed when they say 24 hours on Google and their website!? This one and the one on Hwy 92 have this reoccurring problem. There are several reviews saying the same.. please do something. Y'all are goin to continue to get bad reviews in doing this. Plus, lose business. Just a suggestion! Hand Written note only said "Store closed"..
For some strange reason this location is always closed even though Google Maps shows they are open at this time. This has been going on for months now. Corporate needs to investigate. People are sitting in the courtyard area advising the location is closed and customers should write a review and complain about it. But location on Holly Springs is open.
They treat you bad even though you are trying to buy something from them
