I’ve often had very good experiences here at the PTC Racetrack but tonight was a great disappointment. I’ve also noticed a general decline in this store since it opened. It once was that they power washed the concrete surfaces every week, but not anymore. I arrived to fill up and clean my windows but the 20 squeegee buckets were all empty except for one with a drizzle. The squeegees were rock hard and didn’t work even if there was water with cleaner. Let’s go Racetrack, your standards are much higher.

It seems like this location is never open. I can understand if your short staffed, but if your going to lock the doors at least use the pick up box.
