Carson and Zee it was very nice to me Welcoming me into the store with the positive attitude it made me feel like I was at home in the store. It’s very clean. One of my favorite two employees now

I come in this store often, the manager on duty is always fast and helpful. I believe his name is Ron for short (couldn’t catch his full name) today I give him his props he had a lady threaten him over a bag of chips her son opened and he handled it so well. Someone give this man his flowers, he handled that situation better than most would have! I love coming in on his shifts he’s clean and fast and helpful! GO Ron!

I’ve often had very good experiences here at the PTC Racetrack but tonight was a great disappointment. I’ve also noticed a general decline in this store since it opened. It once was that they power washed the concrete surfaces every week, but not anymore. I arrived to fill up and clean my windows but the 20 squeegee buckets were all empty except for one with a drizzle. The squeegees were rock hard and didn’t work even if there was water with cleaner. Let’s go Racetrack, your standards are much higher.
