“General manager” Kevin extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason, the hot food case was full of food past its expiration and all crusty and nasty and snapped at me very rudely inspecting the food I was trying to purchase and not “just grab one and go”. Terrible attitude for someone with the title of “general manager” he needs to work on generally managing his anger

Good morning. I am a pretty loyal customer for many years, especially with this new $4 breakfast meal that is currently running. This morning I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this location. I went in at 5:30am and there were no hash browns to complete my $4 meal. I asked if any were coming out anytime soon and was told not till “later”. Kevin the GM is over charging. Plus he is not keeping store up to par with other racetracks. I’m a constant shopper at racetracks and his guy made this store one I don’t want to come back to.

It really behooves me this location will shut down sometimes 3 weekends per month. The manager can not seem to get employees to work weekends. What an inconvenience to your customers.
