I had a very unpleasant experience at this RaceTrac location. As a matter of courtesy, I apologized to an employee who was cleaning the floor, but instead of acknowledging it politely, she started loudly complaining about how she would be rich if she were paid for every apology she received. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Good customer service is important to me, and this attitude completely put me off from making a purchase.
