First and foremost I wish to thank Cameron. I was attempting to buy gas using the app using a reward I had earned. The app was not functioning correctly, And even though he had a line out the door, Cameron kept his cool and provided amazing assistance to me. After the fiasco with the app, I was so frustrated I was ready to never return to a Racetrac, but Cameron worked with me and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Cameron.
Taryn I just wanted to give a shout out to the sweetest person and helpless person ever always willing to be helpful to somebody very clean very professional. Great person couldn’t have picked a better one.
Second time I’ve been to this location with a line 10-15 people deep while the store manager stands there talking to his friend or stocking things instead of helping cash people out .
