My store of preference for quick convenient pick-up items is Race Track service center. CECE and ANIYAH you two ladies exceeded my expectations with the service you provided. Jordan at this location has such kindness in his performance and demeanor. I've seen this store evolve from origination to now, and unfortunately the turnover in personnel is high, so GOOD customer service can be hit and missed. Jordan was impressive and I appreciate his excellent Customer Service today!
This Racetrack states that they are open 24 hours. Well they are not. I do at least go to this Racetrack 5 times a week night time around 10pm and 12pm and they are close. The problem is that employees are inside and see you walking to the door and you try to open the door but is locked. They look at you and say nothing
It's clean but how hard is it to have WARM hot dog buns... Seriously this is the third time. Do I need to talk to corporate 🤔
