We recently stopped at this RaceTrac and had a mixed experience. Several bottles of coffee creamer were spoiled — curdled and sour — which I reported to a staff member. She simply threw the bad creamer away without acknowledging or thanking me for bringing it to her attention. She did not ask if there were more and walked away. At checkout, the cashier also did not greet or acknowledge us, which left the interaction feeling impersonal. Spoke to the employees on shift and was told they got busy a just laid them down and forgot. Went and spoke to GM the next day. I looked at like “what’s the big deal “. I was told things like this happen. So I called corporate and was told the district manager would call the next morning. Two days and still waiting!
5 star service. But this gas station has gone down hill since last time I was here.
