Lazy employees were talking at the register with NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE besides me and my girl. I go up to ask for the topping to be refilled for the frozen yogurt and they tell me I would have to wait 20 minutes for the next shift to come in and refill them… keep in mind, there was NO ONE in the store and they were just chatting it up. It was the bigger built fella with brown curly hair and a Brunette female wearing a hat at 9:20pm. If management can get them to act right, maybe I’ll consider coming back again.
Besides the two guys with beards who are always friendly, this location's customer service is horrible. When I walk in I feel like Im annoying the workers because they have to put their phone or sandwich down in order to ring me up. The big girl with curly hair looks like she wants to hit me after i interrupted her facetime call the other day.
So I used to be an employee. Left there with no issues. That being said. My wife and I stopped to get some gas at pump 6 I believe it was. Went to clean the windshield off and the thing was full of trash. I then took a picture and sent it to my old boss Darren and asked him if this was how RaceTrac was living. No response.
