I clearly have the monthly rewards for a free drink, the cashier scanned my app, it didnt taken the reward off, the manager came looked at my app, saw that I have the reward and refuses to give it to me, tells me I need to call racetrack. Why do I have to call anyone when you can see it in my app. So instead of just giving me the fountain drink she took the drink to throw away! Wow! And this is a manager. Terrible customer service and very petty.
The cashier on duty on February 23, 2023 around 7.oo am lacks customer service attributes. He was rude and does not represent what Race Trac stands for. He needs customer service support training
No pumps work, drinks are always out, staff is rude. Don’t go if you can help it.
Employees have the absolute WORST attitude! Not friendly, dismissive, monotone, no eye contact. Horrible customer service!
