My husbands lower control arm broke in the middle of the parking lot. The manager came out and checked on us. Was very friendly. Cops showed up he came out and made sure they knew that he knew we was there and we were ok. He was super nice, many places would have said to bad now move it but he understood that it was out of our hands. Thank you Race Trac!
Update 6-28-25. Staff and service has been improving. Update 1 - 28 - 25. Store is closed at 11:00 p.m., but their pressure washing the parking lot. I've never seen anywhere pressure wash their parking lot as much as this store, at the same time I've never seen a 24-hour store close this much. If you're looking at reviews trying to find a local gas station, there is a QT on the next intersection to the south that is currently open.
