This location has turned into a prison. Downtown where people gather no one can spend more than 1 minute stationary or the lot cop alerts authority will be called to remove you. Ocala has gone to hell. Stay away. Beware.
Just watched the only employee in the store ignore a customers repeated requests to resolve an issue at self checkout. The employee was too busy on their cell ph at the cash register. After finally assisting the lady the employee then walked away from the counter all together to go hide in the hot food area, which isn't in service, & continue to stare at their phone forcing another customer to change from the register to self checkout. This is the worst racetrack in ocala.
One of the worst cashiers she is so rude. She moves so slow do not go there if you want good customer service or to be on time for anything. My experience was on May 16 at 12 pm. Race Trac if you are going to hire someone like her that is so miserable at least put her on nights so you don't lose your customers. If you wasn't aware there is a gas station on every corner of this town so I will never give you my money ever again.
