I stopped by Racetrack to get some frozen yogurt, but the experience was very disappointing. When I went to the frozen yogurt area, I noticed there were no cups available, so I politely asked an employee if she could please bring me one. Instead of responding professionally, the African American female worker immediately raised her voice and said, “I know, the guy already told me,” as if I should have known what she was referring to. Every one of the yellow handle pumps leak all over your vehicle. I've went inside and notified staff 3 separate times over the last month and yet every time I come here no matter what pump you use it's pouring gas down the side of your vehicle. Need better management and maybe some people that actually care to try to do their jobs. Lazy asses just want 15 bucks an hour and little work as possible. Smh

I’ve been stopping here for gas for about 4 years. Over the last 5-6 months it seems like the pumps are always out of paper and a person is supposed to walk in to get a receipt from the cashier. No, that doesn’t work. Huge unnecessary inconvenience for customers. There is no shortage of paper and plenty of downtime when an employee can check the paper at the pumps.
