Don’t buy scratch off tickets from RaceTrack. They don’t honor them when you have a winning ticket. Ridiculous company and the manager is pathetic!!
How do you not have change at 6 am. And not even try to check me out. Just said "I don't have change I don't know what to tell you" You're Racetrac. How do you not have change. Never coming back and I'll be writing to corporate
Love RaceTrac but this one here is a piece of work I never been to a 24hr store that have the door locked by 10:30pm on a Tuesday I’m trying to be reasonable with the thought that they are short staffed, but this happens frequently!!! Bare minimum close at 12:00am but 10:30pm is insane. Only was offering gas and Tabacco service. They getting paid to do nothing must be nice…it’s doesn’t take 12 hrs to wipe the bathroom, restock and get daily.
Horrible Customer service with nasty attitude problems, customers were just as rude for a misunderstanding. Will not come back here again.
Racetrac 2703 Fairburn Rd Douglasville GA 30135 On 6/27/25 I was standing outside with my dog waiting for family members to get food but Darryl , Racetrac employee was smoking outside and his cigarette smoke was irritating me, I moved away but he kept following me while smoking. I wasn't planning on going inside but at that point I was just trying to avoid the 2nd hand smoke.
