I pumped $38 of premium gas and it showed that they gave me 13+ gallons. My needle did not move one bit and when I brought it to their attention that there is no gas coming out of that pump they called me a liar basically long story short I had to go pump gas across the street. I was told it was my needle, as if I were lying to them trying to make them give me some money back when all I wanted to do is Get gas so I had to go across the street to the Wawa gas station to Fill my tank. I'd been buying coffee and a pastry here everyday for years.. Today, the pastry was rancid (bad).. I told Nicole "the manager"..and asked to exchange it for something else..and she said no, it has a bite...we'll, that's how I found out it was "bad".... Nicole is engry all the time. Not good ethics for the customer

I buy coffee at these gas stations, but for some reason, there's never any milk. They're always sugary and mixed with other ingredients that make up coffee of unknown origin. I just wanted to buy coffee at this station and asked the cashier at the counter if they had milk, and she said no. But they have milk in the refrigerator, so why are these employees so reluctant to do their jobs? Show some respect for the customers.

I don't know how they hire their employees. But I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee. He is very rude, very disrespectful.. This is the second encounter I have with DEE at this location. I don't even know if they get trained how to provide proper customer service. He didn’t even give my my receipt because I mention I would filed a complaint about him . With that kind of attitude it makes me not want to go back to this location. I will never go back there again and I am willing to tell people not to go ... read more
