I buy coffee at these gas stations, but for some reason, there's never any milk. They're always sugary and mixed with other ingredients that make up coffee of unknown origin. I just wanted to buy coffee at this station and asked the cashier at the counter if they had milk, and she said no. But they have milk in the refrigerator, so why are these employees so reluctant to do their jobs? Show some respect for the customers.
I don't know how they hire their employees. But I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee. He is very rude, very disrespectful.. This is the second encounter I have with DEE at this location. I don't even know if they get trained how to provide proper customer service. He didn’t even give my my receipt because I mention I would filed a complaint about him . With that kind of attitude it makes me not want to go back to this location. Being carded for smokes when your almost 60 hrs old is bullshit. Wawa tried doing this shit and didn't get my business for 6 months until they realized it's stupid and cost them money. I guess RaceTrac will bo longer get my daily business. Good luck
Breakfast sandwiches were cold. I think they put them in the warmer cold.
