RaceTrac is a convenient stop when you need to fuel up and grab a few essentials without wasting time. The pumps were easy to get in and out of, the lot felt well-lit, and the store was stocked with drinks, snacks, and quick food options. Inside looked clean and organized, and the checkout was fast. Solid choice for a quick gas-and-go stop when you’re on the move.
Where is corporate ? Regional managers? Does anyone at Race Trac give a damn about this store? It's such a shame that this company truly doesn't care about its patrons. Corporate doesn't get involved, they have an email if you have a complaint. Today is Sunday, October 15, 2023 @ 123p: Ocala & especially W Ocala, I am sooo outdone w/ the lack of customer service, true meaning of customer service, I have received in 2 Business on the same stretch of W Hwy 40 btwn I75 & SW 27th Ave. Today it was the RaceTrac @ 3211 W SSB. I seldom pay @ the pump & today was no different.
