Redeemed some of my RaceTrac points for a XL Pizza. Asked chaser how long does it normally take and he tells me the kitchen is closed. “You can come back tomorrow and we’ll give you a pizza!” I told him I just want my points back because I don’t want a pizza tomorrow. He told me he doesn’t know how to do that. RaceTrac, get it together! Cross train your employees or have them direct you to someone who can answer a question about how to refund points if an item wasn’t available!
This is y he worst gas station in the world I was just behind a young lady and she lady behind the cash register tried to pocket your cash she gave the cashier a $20 for gas and the cashier gave her $7 worth of gas and tried to deny it and she still was nasty after she got caught something got to be done about this nonsense
Store is slowly and poorly ran. Leon is also a rude cashier along with the manager and so on. Keep going its another racetrac 4 miles down the way.
