Is the Racetrac open 24hrs?? Because according to the website it says it was confirmed 12 weeks ago by owner, i just want to know the hours because the door was locked at 2:07am
Pulled innand doors were shut and locked. I thought yall were 24/7. Workers looked at me trying to open the door and it wss locked. That is shotty services, if you advertise 24hrs then you should be 24hrs.
I came in at 5:45pm. I had a bathroom emergency! I have a medical condition that when I need to go, I have to get to a bathroom. Your ladies told me no because they were cleaning and I understand that but, some grace should be considered for a bathroom Emergency! Needless to say I, did not make it home in time to avoid an embarrassing accident . Please talk to your staff about this. Sincerely, Embarrassed customer
