Awesome experience. The crew did a phenomenal car detail on my vehicle. I left knowing my car was looking like a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor. Hats off to Jeremy and his staff. Thank you and Iook forward to my next visit.
If you like your car, don't take it to this place! I paid for "deluxe wash" It took them over an hour to do an extremely bad job, even though they only had one other customer the whole time. They left my key on acc the entire time and killed my battery. So I had to call road side assistance just to get away from there. Then no one will return your calls. Poor service and even worse management. Read reviews before going!!! It appears others had even worse experiences.
This place did damage to the windshield of my car that I have had for only a year. When they detail or clean your car, they place the materials they use and your car matts on the windshield with the car still running. Now there isn't any signs or anything around the car wash telling you to turn your car off nor does management give their workers carts to place the cleaning materials on while they clean your car. Multiple issues: - Put big dent in drivers side door and didn't tell me. - Didn't clean inside of car well. - Tires were filthy - Didn't clean outside of car well I tried to give this company some business on Saturday 12/3. They were okay with time, about 25 minutes and seemed friendly. But when I was paying noticed my car through the window is when it went downhill. It's a great carwash business. I love it, because it's all hand wash and not a drive thru car wash. The owner and staff is nice and polite. If theirs any problem, they will make sure it taken care before you leave. Keep up the good work.
Went there today for the first time since im new in this area and figured to try out this place....well at first the guy that came up to me was very polite and professional so I got the delux package..found out the guy was the owner son...ok kool...he was a great guy....found the owner their behind the counter and he was ok..hes a flirt but a kool guy...now that's the good side of this place..bad side is some of his clean up wash guys are lazy or just tired but did not do a good job on my ride...and I really wanted to like t... read more
I never have a problem with this business. My cars out clean and they always are nice. Just love the people because even when I get out there to maybe wipe some excess water they are out there to ensure I am happy.l
