I was having an issue with my aerobar positioning. Booked a basic fitting with Frank. He quickly discovered that my set-up did not offer enough variability. He suggested we switch out my existing aero bars to a set that offered more forward/backward and up/down adjustability This, along with making a series of important adjustments to my seat, handlebars and hoods, and cleat positioning, created a more efficient and comfortable position for me in "the cockpit". I was having trouble with the online interface and my purchase not going through - James was able to help me out with the order over the phone and was super helpful (even went after hours to ensure that I was able to get my order in ASAP)! Incredible selection of biking gear, parts, bikes. Got a lovely jersey and Cat was very helpful walking me around and explaining the brands. Pull hard on the front door handle, sometimes it’s sticky!
