I had an unplanned stop here after my pedal came off while biking on Lakeshore. It was a bit of an emergency, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The person at the front desk seemed more concerned about “liability” than actually helping. I highly recommend this store for online purchases. Professional, quick response to emails even on weekends. Fast delivery and a nice note in the package that pleased me. :-) But you still don't have an updated photo of the Selle Italia Novus Boost 3D Ti 316 Superflow Saddle. :-D Fix it ;-)
I have been a customer for 4 years for both my road bike and TT bike. They have an excellent service department, James is amazing. They are thorough, fast, and extremely reliable. I also had a bike fit for a used TT bike by Frank, again, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All customers are treated amazing regardless of your bike type, or price point. I highly recommend this family run bike shop.
