So just perched a race me ultra with custom tune from race me Canada for my 2011 6.7 cummins also got the egt censer kit and warp access key. Have to say customer service is amazing every time I emailed them they responded within minutes of me sending. Their team actually called me to find out exactly what I needed as far as a tune for the truck I’ve been building. Worst customer service experience and just plain rude from the get go. Emailed whoever using the RT tech email, for about 8 hours for a SIMPLE question. Emailed someone else, got it answered in the first email. 32GB Max SD Card. Great company/people to work with and the customer service is excellent. I have been running the RaceMe Ultra on my 2011 Ram since 2020 and it is a great product, when I later added custom Warp Tunes my truck's ECM wouldn't load them due to previous owner modifications I sent an email about my problem and quickly got a response and worked with me to figure out the issue and then went a step further by sending me the recovery file to program my ECM back to factory during non business hours just so I wouldn't be without my tru... read more
