Taylor is one of the best Mechanics around when it comes to knowledge on trucks. However we will never be using him again. Had a great experience with him on my first truck, brought a second truck to him it was diagnosed and scheduled for repair. I was given a date for the repair to be completed the date was missed twice which is frustrating but understandable.
