The experience and knowledge Paul has is quite clear. I emailed Paul regarding a faulty airbag module. On his response the bloke knew exactly what the fault would be before I even sent it off to him. Confirmed, repaired and posted back to me within days and at not even a quarter of the price of a new module. Paul, hats off to you mate. Great customer service still does exsist. Go see this man, cant recommend highly enough!
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We had a faulty airbag module that our local auto technician couldn’t fully diagnose. Paul knew exactly what the likely issue was just based off the age of the car and the specific part number. He gave us sound advice on our options and quoted price estimates up front. He gave us this advice before he was guaranteed a paid job. The service he offers has a super quick turn around time too. Can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend his service!

Excellent service! I sent a faulty airbag module to Paul from New Zealand to get it reset. Turnaround time was great - everything was done in a day. This saved me over 2000 dollars over buying a new module that dealer has quoted.
