Had a bike break down in the middle of a ride. Called them even though they were closed and the owner picked up. They had the part I needed in stock. Great customer service highly recommend!
I purchased a 320mm EBC ROTOR & Caliper mounting relocation Bracket for my DRZ400SM. I don't know how many times I played Phone Tag with someone named "Len" (sounded like he should retire) at Racecrafters-usa.com. . The last time I spoke to Len he told me to send the WRONG Caliper Mounting Bracket back a d he will send the correct one. I never received ANYTHING back. Will I ever deal with them again ? "NO" Would I recommend them to anyone ? Racecrafters-usa.com will RIP YOU OFF !
