Appreciative of this vets after hours service, I rushed my cat into an emergency appointment in the dead of night and was seen by Dr Debenham promptly and professionally.
cannot reccomend ballina coast vets more highly. we had to have a dog euthanised and their service to us in an incredibly sad time and the way they treated us was amazing. Dr Annabelle was fantastic and they are genuine humans who care so much about animals and people.
There are no words for the service or for the people involved in this team that could ever do justice. The passion that is backed by extensive experience and education saved my 9 month old Puppy. There were beds in the practice to monitor this little girl, life saving activities that happened through the night and not a moment of rest for the whole team. JJ was fantastic with Sprocket who absolutely hates the vet. It was an after hours call and everyone involved was just wonderful. Highly recommended them for your pets
