Absolute joke of a practice was in to get bloods taken and asked receptionist if I could get an appointment or phone call from doctor to let me know the results. I was offered 2 months later for face to face and a month for a phone call, however, there was not a soul in the waiting room at 8.40 am. Yet there are no appointments!

The doctors ,nurses and staff are in experience 10 out of 10 ! Whether you have too see a doctor urgently or a need to request a prescription the staff will go out there way to help and advise you! My experience i have for my father is excellent and highly rate Racecourse Road Medical Group

Have been at this practice since I was born I'm now 54 years young. Was a very good practice i feel now standards have dropped weren't there when I needed them. Have now changed my practice to be same practice as my husband . I'm alot happier getting the attention I need for my health at present and investigations getting done. Was a big decision to move but best move I made

I am new to the practice having recently moved over to Ayr. Amazing service. Friendly staff. I cannot remember the last time I called a doctors and didn't have to wait on hold for 40minutes. I can't remember the last time I was able to book a routine appointment ahead of time without having to have an on the day appointment after waiting for a doctor to call be back at some point during the day to make said appointment, meaning I can book time off work to come in and not have to waste an entire day for one appointment.
