Great experience with this company. Appreciate their attention to detail and prompt response.
Bought $2800 of Victory 1 valves. Arrived months late. Intake valves began pulling apart after just a few hours of run time. Nothing exotic or big spring pressure. Said they would metallurgical test them only to be told that they can’t find them even with tracking. It wouldn’t matter since they have had no quality department most of 23. Their words directly. What an absolute nightmare of a place to work for. Awful management, awful organization, zero accountability or communication. The president of the company runs this place like a N@zi and leaves a taste of resentment in literally everybody’s mouth. Only in it for the money and the numbers of the day versus any well being or respect to the people actually holding the facility up. Laughable. Zero stars if I could💁🏻♀️
