Customers service at this overpriced bike ship is non existent. The employee named Peter is rude, and cares nothing about the customer. Waited almost six months for the bike that we prepaid in full, and got nothing but lip service. Called the Towson location and agreed to something comparable, which we got the same day. Would not recommend the Westminster location to anyone. Would highly recommend the Towson location!!
