TERRIBLE! This guy REY is totally out of touch and give HORRIBLE service. Total douche and I had to call back multiple times because he hung up on me. His secretary then told me "Im not your secretary" when I asked to speak to Rey. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Don't use a broker period. Just call the insurance companies yourself!
Horrobleeeeeeeeeeeee LIAR, LAZYYYYYYYY, IRRESPONSIBLE, WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS AGENCY. The whole agency is one person and he does not know how to manage his job either. He just trying to be nice at the first visit and once you sign the contract then he does not care about any thing.
