Horrible customer service from the employees in the back- tried to find out about a pto part to see if they could order and totally got passed around to people who had no clue how to help me. Never have this experience at the Monett store

Tried for 2 weeks to call about a warranty repair or buy parts.Nobody would answer my calls and mailbox was always full.Left number for call back with front desk and still no call back.I will never do business here
Terrible customer service two separate visits. Last visit, call to make sure they have what we need before making the trip. Employee had someone check and assured me they did. Go Inside pay, head outside to get loaded up and completely out of stock.
