Race Brothers Carthage is one of my favorite stores to shop at multiple times a week. Especially for all of my animal needs. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The last few times I've came here you can't get any help at the counter. Today I came in here one of the lady looked at me like, oh no here comes another customer. It always seem like they have better things to do than help customers. Most of the time the girls are just standing up or talking to each other. No smile or Hi how are you. I asked her a question she didn't know. No offer to see if she can get somebody else to help me. I asked for help locating something I got told it's down that way.
