I would strongly caution anyone considering Race Auto Group. My experience involved multiple serious issues. I traded in my 2018 GMC Sierra as part of a new vehicle purchase, but afterward I was contacted by Rifco National Auto Finance because the trade-in loan had not been paid out. I received collection emails, past-due notices, and repossession-related warnings for a vehicle I no longer owned or possessed. We just bought our third vehicle from Race Auto in November. We traded in our previous vehicle towards the new one. It’s now February, 3 months after we purchased a new vehicle and they haven’t paid off our old one. We’ve been sent a legal demand for payment and they’ll be repossessing our old vehicle soon, which Race already sold to someone else. Our calls are ignored, emails left unanswered. Very disappointing experience. I saw a car i really liked and was excited to start the process. I Gave them all my personal/ financial information An appointment was set up with Jayden to discuss the pricing/ terms and he didnt show up for the appointment. I took time out of my workday to be available but he did not, 30 minutes waiting. We rescheduled and once again he did not keep the appointment, but i took time out of my workday to be available, another 30 minute wait. Writing this review here since it’s the same ownership as the Sackville location, meaning you’re likely to receive the same service. Long story short: I left an honest Google review about my experience, including mistakes made and how their salesman, Jayden, treated me. Instead of taking accountability, they immediately defended him. Jayden sold me a car with the wrong MVI sticker, ghosted me after I signed the papers, and left me waiting for communication on when I could pick up my vehicle.
