I had a terrible experience with a previous mechanic. I left my car with them, and they promptly informed me after he conducted a test drive about the issue and other mistakes made by the other mechanics. He promptly fixed them, and then, once the car was fixed, he proceeded to take me for a test drive to ensure that the fix was done. I highly recommend Ramses and his team. They also speak Spanish, so I definitely plan to return for their professional service and excellent customer service.
