I tried calling several times to get some information, no one ever answered, and i had left several messages. Never got a call back, so i decided to stop by to get some info and for a tour, thank god i did before taking my dogs there for boarding/daycare. The facility was not clean, the lobby, hallways, cages and outside play areas looked like they had not been cleaned for sometime. Thank you so much for taking care of our boys!! We know they love it there, almost as much as we love vacation. :-) awesome service. Thank you so much for washing their blanket and bring in it to our house after we left it there. Thank you for loving dogs and opening this wonderful business. Without you, I don't think we could go on vacation, as we really trust you and love the facilities.
We have taken our dog Hayden to Raccoon River Kennels since she was a puppy five years ago, she is always excited when we drop her off! She absolutely loves it!
Jordi gets super excited when I mention 'it's daycare day'. She loves it and comes home super tired!
