Gary is an absolute star with an impeccable sense of service! Even though he is short staffed and busy like everyone else, he took his time and guided me, via FaceTime!!!, to diagnose and replace a faulty circuit breaker (he immediately zoomed in on that as an issue) and didn't charge me for anything. We had no hot water for 4 days and I could not get anyone to come out for a service call.
